Webb Corbett Agate Glass Vase Art Deco
Webb Corbett agate Art Deco glass vase - We think that this agate glass is probably by Webb Corbett. It has a blue body with the agate mottling running through it, and really looks like polished stone. The colour is not evenly distributed and there is a blue band around the base. The pontil is smooth and covers the majority of the base. They also produced in the 1920's an imitation of the stone Blue-John [5] and a similar version was produced by Steuben called Moss Agate [6]. The colour is absolutely superb! |
